AI video ads from a product photo · for media buyers and e-commerce

Fix the third scene.
Keep the rest.

Every other AI ad tool makes you regenerate the whole video to change one line. UGC Studio is built scene by scene, so you edit what's wrong and keep what already works.

  • Pay per video — no subscription
  • Any idea, not a template
  • 25 supported languages

The loop everyone is stuck in

One wrong word shouldn't cost you the entire video.

Your ad is almost perfect, but one scene gets your product wrong. Fixing it means regenerating the entire video, losing the parts that worked and spending another credit without knowing whether the result will be better. Testing four opening hooks should not require four complete videos: when scenes cannot be edited on their own, every small change costs more credits and puts at risk the parts that already work.

This is why testing four hooks costs four full videos instead of four edits, and why a month's credits disappear before you find a winner. The problem was never the AI. It was that the whole clip is one indivisible block.

What makes this different

A control panel, not a slot machine.

Three things this does that the template-driven tools structurally cannot.

Scene editor
Scenes regenerated: 0

This is a mock of the interface, not the editor itself: the counter shows the difference in approach, not real credit spend.

Scene-level control

Change one scene, keep everything else

If one scene presents your product not the way you wanted, edit only that scene. Everything else stays as it was — the actor, the place, the delivery. Connected scenes are updated only when that is genuinely necessary, so you stay in control of every part of the video.

Open-ended generation

Create the ad you actually want

Start with an idea instead of choosing from a fixed set of presets. Describe your ad and the studio writes the script, divides it into scenes and directs each one. From unusual camera angles to specific objections and formats, every part can be tailored to what you had in mind.

Reference teardown

Turn a reference video into your own ad

Found an ad you like? Drop the video in and the studio does the hard work. You get its approach back and rebuild it with your own product, your own voice and your own actor — a strong starting point, without copying the original creative.

How it works

Photo in. Ad out. Four steps.

No shoot, no actor booking, no editor. The longest part is deciding what you want to say.

01

Add the product and pick an actor

Upload one product photo and pick the presenter who fits your audience.

02

Describe your idea or add a reference

Describe the creative direction you want, or upload a video whose structure you want to reuse.

03

Generate your ad

The studio turns your idea into a complete ad: script, scenes, voiceover and captions generated together.

04

Refine scene by scene

If something feels off, edit that scene while the rest of the video stays unchanged.

Who it's for

Built for teams that scale their ads.

Product sellers & dropshippers

Test twenty hooks without paying for twenty full regenerations. Swap the opening line, keep the demo. Volume is the whole game and this is where per-scene editing pays for itself fastest.

E-commerce brand owners

Create ads that show accurately how your product looks and how it works, without booking a studio, a creator or a shoot day. Keep the same presenter across an entire campaign.

Agencies & freelancers

Handle more client work without expanding your team. Predictable per-video pricing makes budgeting easier, and scene-level revisions avoid unnecessary full renders.

Straight talk

Who this is not for.

Better to say it now than after you have paid.

Pricing

Pay for videos. Not for a month you didn't use.

You pay for output, not for the calendar: no monthly fee, no seat count, nothing expiring on the first of the month. Subscription tools in this category start around $110 a month for ten videos — $11 per video, whether you used it or not. You pay for what you actually make.

$100minimum top-up, credits never expire
≈ $4one finished video, median
≈ $1.25re-rolling a single scene
  • No subscription — you pay only for what you generated
  • Minimum top-up is $100. That is 12,000 credits, and they never expire
  • A median generation runs about 500 credits, roughly $4
  • Re-rolling a single scene runs about 150 credits, roughly $1.25

These are medians from our own credit ledger, not a marketing estimate: 41 full generation passes and 17 scene re-rolls. A longer video and a pricier model cost more, so your figure comes from the quote in the studio — it is shown before anything is charged, and whatever goes unused returns to your balance.

Before you start

Straight answers.

What do I actually need to start?

A product photo. That's the whole requirement. No footage, no actor, no script, no editing software. A reference video whose structure you want to model helps, but it is optional.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. It's credit-based: you top up, you generate, unused credits stay yours. That's deliberate — the subscription model in this category punishes you for the months you're not running campaigns.

Can I really change just one scene?

Yes, and it's the reason this tool exists. Each scene is a separate object with its own script line, direction and delivery. Regenerate scene three and scenes one, two and four are byte-for-byte what they were.

What languages can the video speak?

25 of them: English, Ukrainian, Russian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Hindi, French, Italian, Dutch, Czech, Slovak, Croatian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Greek, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Turkish, Indonesian, Malay, Filipino and Japanese. Both the voice-over and the subtitles. That covers markets English-first tools simply do not serve.

How does the reference-video feature work?

You give it a video, it returns the script and the scene-by-scene structure: pacing, shot types, what each beat is doing. You then rebuild that structure with your own product and actor. Use it to understand why something works, not to republish someone else's footage. Whatever you publish should be your own material or properly licensed.

Is this for physical products only?

No. Physical products get the strongest result because the actor can hold and demonstrate them, but apps, SaaS and digital products work too — the presenter talks to camera and the product appears as screen content.

Ready when you are

Your next ad is one product photo away.

Open the studio, upload a photo, and see what comes back. If a scene isn't right, you'll fix that scene — not start over.

UGC Studio generates synthetic video using AI presenters. Output is machine-generated and should be reviewed before publication.
